Instructions
- Beat eggs; add sugar, butter, vanilla, rum and lemon or orange.
- Add 2 cups flour and baking powder and mix well, adding more flour until ingredients hold together.
- Roll out to very thin layer.
- Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
- Knot lightly and fry in deep hot fat.
- Drain on paper toweling.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool.
