"Grouper Key Largo"

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. boneless grouper fillets
  • 8 medium scallops
  • 8 medium, cleaned shrimp
  • 2 oz. crabmeat
  • 1/2 qt. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 qt. fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 oz. bacon drippings

Instructions

  1. Two large frying pans are needed.
  2. In one, saute the shrimp, scallops and mushrooms in 1/2 of bacon drippings.
  3. When they are just about done (5 minutes), add crab and bread crumbs.
  4. Turn off heat and hold this mixture.
