Ingredients

  • 1 c. mashed ripe avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 4 slices crisp cooked bacon (optional)
  • corn chips

Instructions

  1. Combine avocado, lemon juice, onion, salt and chili powder. Spread top with mayonnaise or salad dressing, sealing to edges of bowl; chill.
  2. When ready to serve, stir in the mayonnaise or salad dressing.
  3. If desired, add bacon, crumbled.
  4. Serve with corn chips.
