Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • salt & pepper
  • 12 medium onion, minced
  • green chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tomatoes, peeled (very ripe)

Instructions

  1. Beat first 5 ingredients together with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Chop tomato finely with knife; fold into mixture.
  3. Serve with chips.
