Ingredients

  • 6 None cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 None avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 1/2 None Persian cucumber, diced
  • 1 piece lavash or flatbread
  • 2 heads baby romaine leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine tomatoes, avocado and cucumber. Season to taste.
  2. Lay lavash out on a flat surface. Arrange lettuce in the center and top with tomato mixture and chicken. Roll up tightly then cut into 2-3 pieces to serve.
