Ingredients

  • 2 chickens, cut up
  • 1 cup guava jelly
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 onions

Instructions

  1. Put chicken in a bowl, layered with onions, then chicken again, until used up.
  2. Heat guava jelly and ketchup until the jelly melts; add lemon juice.
  3. Pour the sauce over the layered chicken and onions.
  4. Let stand overnight.
  5. Bake skin side down for 30 minutes, then turn and bake another 30 minutes.
