- Place a slice of ham on each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken breasts with the ham inside and secure with toothpicks.
- Wrap each roll-up with bacon slices, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the roll-ups in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken roll-ups in the dish.
