Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pkg. chicken wings
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • Tony Chachere seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Tony Chachere seasoning in a large bowl.
  2. Place chicken wings in a large baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  3. Bake covered at 350° to 375°F for about 1 hour.
  4. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
