Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup cooked chopped ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/3 cup pickle relish
  • Mayonnaise (as needed to make the mixture creamy)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, cooked chopped ham, chopped onions, pickle relish, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture until it is set and firm.
  4. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in chopped pecans to cover completely.
