Ham-Chutney Pastries

Instructions
- Combine flour, curry powder and salt in bowl.
- Cut in shortening until pieces are the size of small peas.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water over part of the mixture.
- Gently toss with a fork.
- Push to side of bowl.
- Repeat until all is moistened.
- Form dough into a ball.
- Roll dough 1/8-inch thickness on floured surface.
- Cut 3-inch rounds.
- Brush edges with milk.
- Spoon a rounded teaspoon of ham mixture onto half of each circle.
- Fold pastry round over.
- Seal edges with fork.
- Brush with milk.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
