Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Boil on medium to low heat until mixture thickens (about 1 minute).
  3. Dip ham into the sauce or add to a ham sandwich.
