Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. bread cubes
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 lb. ham loaf mix
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 pineapple slices, halved

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mix 1/3 cup of soup, meat, onions, bread cubes, eggs and mustard.
  2. Shape into loaf.
  3. Press pineapple deeply into the meat.
  4. Place in shallow baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. In saucepan, blend remaining soup and sour cream.
  6. Heat; stir now and then.
  7. Serve over loaf.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
