Instructions
- Saute onion in oil or margarine.
- Add ham and saute, then add rice.
- Stir for a few minutes.
- Add the liquids; bring to a boil. Stir.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add frozen peas.
- Stir. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
