Ham Steak Glaze

Ingredients

  • 14 cup finely packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 12 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  2. Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. 2.
  4. Place ham on a baking sheet and spread top with 1/2 the glaze.
  5. 3.
  6. Broil 4" from heat for 5 minutes.
  7. 4.
  8. Flip ham and brush other side with remaining glaze and broil for another 5 minutes or until done.
