Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 4 slice Bacon
  • 1 pound Hamburger - 15% fat
  • 1 pint Button Mushroom
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 ounce Sour Cream
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Red Wine

Instructions

  1. Dice Bacon
  2. Fry up
  3. Combine diced onions
  4. Fry till light brown
  5. Add Hamburg and Brown
  6. Stirr in Soup
  7. Add quartered mushrooms... sautee for 5 minutes
  8. Add Salt, Pepper and (optional) red wine to taste
  9. Add Sour Cream just before you serve
