Ingredients

  • chicken parts
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup dry rice

Instructions

  1. Mix dry rice, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of celery soup together in a bowl.
  2. Spray a 2-quart long, flat casserole dish with Pam or cooking spray.
  3. Pour the rice and soup mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  4. Place raw chicken parts on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over everything.
  6. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake at 350°F until the chicken is cooked through, about 60 minutes.
