Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken livers
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Sauté chicken livers and onions until done, but not browned. Cool slightly.
  2. Puree 1 cup at a time in a blender.
  3. Stir in salt, dry mustard, pepper, and butter.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
