Instructions
- Sift flour, sugar, salt and soda into a bowl.
- Put water, cocoa and oleo in pan and bring to a boil.
- Add all at once to sugar and flour mixture.
- Mix well. Add vanilla.
- Add eggs and sour cream.
- Mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 375° for 22 to 25 minutes.
