Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 large can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small block Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. bacon

Instructions

  1. Pour chicken broth into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add frozen hash browns and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in cream of chicken soup until well blended.
  4. Cut Velveeta cheese into small blocks and add to the soup, stirring until melted.
  5. Fry bacon until crispy, then crumble on top of the soup.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
