Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes lemon Jello
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (202) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pound finely shredded cabbage

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jello and Knox gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add 1 cup ice cubes.
  2. Add lemon juice and chill until partially set.
  3. Add remaining ingredients: sour cream, crushed pineapple, and shredded cabbage.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch pan.
  5. Chill until fully set.
