Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  1. "PREHEAT oven to 375°F Spray 13x9 baking dish.".
  2. "Mix all ingredients until well blended."
  3. "Dump into the sprayed dish.".
  4. "Bake for 35-45 minutes. The top will be golden when ready.".
