Herb Roasted Lamb

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Cut small slits in the lamb and insert garlic slivers with tip of knife.
- Combine remaining ingredients and rub thoroughly over and into meat.
- Roast on a rack in a roasting pan, uncovered.
- Cook 18 minutes per pound for medium. Let stand 20 minutes, then carve.
