Herb Sauteed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs Italian flavored
  • 16 ounces potatoes whole, drained
  • 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp. water
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Place bread crumbs on sheet of waxed paper.
  2. One at a time, dip potatoes in egg, then roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Place on another sheet of waxed paper to dry.
  4. Over medium high heat, in medium skillet, melt butter.
  5. When butter is very hot, add potatoes.
  6. Shake pan frequently to roll potatoes until browned evenly, about 5 minutes.
  7. Makes 2 servings.
