Ingredients

  • 1 package hot dog buns
  • 1 stick margarine softened
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Mix herbs, garlic salt, and margarine together in a bowl.
  2. Split the hot dog buns in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread each bun piece with the herb mixture.
  4. Place the prepared buns on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 250°F for 1 hour.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the buns inside for 1 1/2 hours to cool and crisp.
