- In a food processor, combine turkey, chopped onion, egg white, tomato paste, thyme, sage, poultry seasoning, allspice, and red pepper.
- Process until the turkey is ground and mixture is well combined.
- Place flour on a piece of wax paper.
- Divide the turkey mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a sausage link using wet hands.
- Lightly roll each sausage in the flour to coat.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the turkey links to the pan and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
