Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 1/2 small chopped onion
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine turkey, chopped onion, egg white, tomato paste, thyme, sage, poultry seasoning, allspice, and red pepper.
  2. Process until the turkey is ground and mixture is well combined.
  3. Place flour on a piece of wax paper.
  4. Divide the turkey mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a sausage link using wet hands.
  5. Lightly roll each sausage in the flour to coat.
  6. Heat oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Add the turkey links to the pan and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
