Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh chopped herbs
  • 1 pint vinegar (white, wine, or rice)

Instructions

  1. Place the fresh chopped herbs in a wide mouth jar.
  2. Pour the vinegar over the herbs, fully submerging them.
  3. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks to infuse.
  4. Strain the vinegar to remove herbs before using or bottling.
