Ingredients

  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. About 2 hours before serving:
  2. Slice tomatoes and arrange in serving dish in overlapping slices.
  3. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over tomatoes.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  5. If desired, garnish with parsley.
