- Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Set aside.
- Cream butter in a medium mixing bowl; add sugar mixture, beating well. Add milk and yolks. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375°, and continue baking 45 minutes. Cool before slicing.
