Hidden Cherry Ring Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Grease a 12-cup Bundt cake pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients except pie filling and powdered sugar with a fork; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
  4. Spread 2 cups of batter in bottom of pan and 2 inches up sides and center.
  5. Spoon pie filling evenly into center of batter and add remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
