Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 large onions
  • 4 to 6 carrots
  • 8 hamburger patties (fresh or frozen)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice vegetables.
  2. Lay 4 large squares aluminum foil on counter.
  3. Place a hamburger patty on each, then layer on onions, potatoes and carrots; salt and pepper as you go.
  4. Repeat with another patty and layers of veggies.
  5. Wrap foil around stacks.
  6. Bake 1 hour in a 350° oven; cover with ketchup.
  7. Feeds 4.
