Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. whole almonds
  • 1 1/4 c. pecan halves
  • 1 c. walnut halves
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the nuts with vegetable oil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cumin, curry powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and salt (if using).
  4. Add the spice mixture to the nuts, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with salt before serving.
