Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. Port wine or fruit juice
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in water.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened and fold in pecans.
  4. Chill until firm. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and spread on Jell-O mixture.
