- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the stack of tortillas into 8 wedges each.
- Spread the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the wedges with cumin seasoning and lite salt.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until dry and crisp.
- Monitor the chips to prevent overbrowning and turn them after 5 minutes if desired.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
- To serve, microwave the chips for about one minute to freshen them up.
