Crispy homemade chips made from tortillas, seasoned with cumin and lite salt, perfect for snacking or serving with dips. Quick, easy, and customizable to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
  • cumin seasoning
  • lite salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the stack of tortillas into 8 wedges each.
  3. Spread the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the wedges with cumin seasoning and lite salt.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until dry and crisp.
  6. Monitor the chips to prevent overbrowning and turn them after 5 minutes if desired.
  7. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
  8. To serve, microwave the chips for about one minute to freshen them up.
