Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 box confectioners 10x powdered sugar
  • Oil of peppermint to taste

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter until smooth.
  2. Add confectioners' sugar and a little milk, flavoring with peppermint oil or extract to taste.
  3. Mix until the mixture is firm enough to press through an icing tube, adding more milk if necessary.
  4. Color the mixture to suit the occasion.
  5. Shape into small mints and allow to dry slightly before serving.
