Honey Coated Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites and sugar together until peaks form.
  2. Fold in nuts.
  3. Melt the butter on cookie sheet with sides or a jelly roll pan. Pour nut mixture on pan and roast in a 350° to 375° oven for 45 minutes. Cool. Serve at any party.
