Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. baking mix (all-purpose)
  • 1/3 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Prepare baking mix according to package directions for rolled biscuits.
  4. On surface, lightly floured with baking mix, roll out dough to 12 x 18-inch rectangle.
  5. Spread with cream cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts and raisins.
  7. Roll up, starting on long side.
  8. Seal long edge.
