Ingredients

  • unflavored gelatin
  • milk
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • evaporated milk
  • mayonnaise
  • cream cheese
  • horseradish

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over milk to dissolve.
  2. Warm gently and stir until gelatin is fully dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  4. Add salt and lemon juice to the gelatin mixture.
  5. Beat evaporated milk until it becomes firm.
  6. Beat in mayonnaise, then beat in softened cream cheese.
  7. Beat in horseradish.
  8. Continue beating while drizzling in the cooled gelatin mixture.
  9. Spray a ring mold with Pam and pour in the mousse.
  10. Refrigerate until set, then serve with roast beef.
