Hot Apples

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in
  2. pan.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Add
  5. apples,
  6. stirring
  7. to
  8. coat with seasonings. Cover and cook
  9. 5
  10. minutes.
  11. Remove cover and add lemon juice. Cook 5 minutes longer or until tender.
  12. Serve warm.
