Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 10 oz. can chili (without beans)
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 c. shredded jalapeno cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer softened cream cheese.
  3. Drain off any fat from the chili and spread it over the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the chili.
  5. Top with shredded jalapeno cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
