Instructions
- Place beef in large roaster.
- Cover with water and beer. Roast at 350° for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
- Drain off liquid and season with onion salt, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grind beef cubes and mix back in seasoned liquid.
- Mix well.
- Freezes well.
