Ingredients

  • 1 c. croutons
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place croutons in 9 x 12-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
  2. Brown sausage and drain.
  3. Beat eggs; add milk, sausage and dried mustard.
  4. Pour over croutons.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  7. Best when refrigerated overnight.
