Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
  • 8 oz. mushrooms (canned)
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. dry red wine (Burgundy)

Instructions

  1. Mix in large kettle.
