Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Unroll crescent rolls to form a long rectangle on an ungreased cookie sheet; pinch perforations together.
  2. Add soup, pepper and onion to beef.
  3. Place mixture down the middle of pastry.
  4. Pull up edges to form a rim.
  5. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until light brown.
  6. Place cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Yields 6 servings.
