Ingredients

  • 5 beef hot dogs
  • 5 sandwich bread
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry hot dog for about 2 minutes. Beat eggs in a bowl and keep it aside. Cut the edges of bread slice. Soak it in the water. Flat the slice with the help of rolling pin. now keep a hot dog on one bread slice and roll it. Press the edges to seal it completely. Dip the slice in beaten eggs and roll it in bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with any of your favorite sauce.
