Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 1 (16 oz.) package unsweetened Lefty Lemon-Lime Funny Face drink mix
  • 1 tablespoon Pillsbury liquid Sweet*10 or 1/2 Pillsbury Sprinkle Sweet
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • several cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime extract

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine water, apple cider, drink mix, liquid sweetener, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves from the mixture.
  4. Add lemon or lime extract to the cider.
  5. Serve hot or chill and serve over ice cubes with additional sweetener if desired.
