Ingredients

  • 10 each jalapeno pepper
  • 5 each hawaiian chili pepper
  • 1/2 cup cilantro sliced
  • 8 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1/4 cup shallots chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemongrass chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemongrass dried
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
