Hot Lemon Pudding

Instructions
- Combine flour, butter and 3/4 cup sugar with beaten egg yolks. Add lemon juice and rind.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add remaining sugar to this.
- Fold into mixture.
- Pour into buttered dish.
- Place into a pan of hot water and bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
- (You will discover when done that there will be cake at the top and delightful lemon sauce in the bottom.
- Spoon the sauce over the cake when you serve it.)
