Hot Pepper Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 jar cauliflower, drained
  • 2 jars Progresso pepper salad (use oil)
  • 1 jar pepperoncini (medium jar), drained
  • 1 can pitted black olives, drained
  • 1 jar green olives, drained
  • 1 jar yellow banana pepper rings, drained
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain all but pepper salad.
  2. Mix together.
  3. Sprinkle oregano to taste.
  4. Best if let sit for a couple of days before using.
  5. Add diced pepperoni before serving (optional).
