Ingredients

  • 2 cans pintos
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the canned pintos in a pan on low heat until they are soft.
  2. While the beans are cooking, cut the small onion into pieces and add to the pintos. Continue cooking until the onion is soft.
  3. Add the Tabasco sauce to the beans and stir well.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer the pintos to the refrigerator. Let sit overnight.
  5. Do not reheat; serve cold.
