A warm, spiced wine blend combining rich Burgundy and sweet apple juice, infused with honey or sugar, perfect for cozy evenings and festive gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal Burgundy wine
  • 1/2 gal apple juice
  • honey or sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  2. Stir to dissolve sugar or honey.
  3. Heat to just below boiling point.
  4. Mull for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Strain, if desired.
  6. Serve in large mugs.
